Within months, he was recruited by a Forbes Top 10 Executive Search Firm to support their Corporate Practice, where he played a key role in sourcing top-tier talent for Vice President and C-suite searches. His work spanned middle-market and enterprise companies, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and Operations leadership roles.
As Isaiah honed his expertise in executive search, he felt the pull of entrepreneurship. Driven by a passion for connecting high-impact talent with the right opportunities, he founded Gibbs Talent Group (GTG).
